Hello mini parents!
We are anxiously awaiting the return of our mini soccer program.  If all goes according to plan, we hope to begin our season the week of June 22!!!  With almost 120 people registered in our three divisions, there is a lot to plan for to meet CPHO regulations.  Please read below for some information before the season starts.

1. A reminder that U5 players MUST have a parent/member of household on the field with them to help ensure social distancing protocols are followed.
2. U7 is not required to have a parent, but if you feel that your child will need a parent on the field to keep social distancing in place, please let us know ASAP so we can adjust numbers (send us a message through our Facebook page, call the complex at 902-838-3480 or email easterneaglesoccer@hotmail.com)
3. We often have requests for people to play together.  We need these requests in by Wednesday, June 10 to try and make proper arrangements.  Any requests that come in after this time will not be granted as we need to have attendance sheets done and ready to go for the beginning of the season. These requests can be made the same way as listed above.
4. You should have received a previous email from Eastern Eagles but just as a review the following measures are to be followed until further notice:
 - must come to the field prepared to go (uniform, cleats and socks on)
 - water bottle should be filled and clearly labeled
 - at this time, no bathrooms are available
 - players must stay in their designated area (possibly a prelaid out 10x10 grid)
 - if you are not on the field to help socially distance, you must stay in your car in a designated area
 - players cannot share equipment
 - players must bring their own ball (will be given out on the first night, you should label with your child's name)
 - as we are limited in how many people can be at the complex at a time we may not be able to have all mini on the same nights as previous years.  As soon as a schedule is prepared it will be sent out.
 - no canteen is available at this time
 - drop off/pick up zones and hand sanitizing stations will be in place

Thank you,
Becca Branton
