Mini Fest and Year End BBQ

Hi Folks,
The 2013 MiniFest tournament will be held on Saturday August 24th at the Eastern Eagles Soccer Complex. We are also hosting the 2013 Under 16 Boys First Division Provincials on the 24th.  We need your help as volunteers to make the tournament and provincials run successfully. We will need about 4-5 people on BBQ at all times during the day as well as two people in the canteen and someone to monitor parking. If you would like to volunteer please let us know by e-mail easterneaglesoccer@hotmail.com or by phone 838-3480. There will also be a sign up sheet in the complex lobby where you can add your name. We will also have SOCCER MOM, SOCCER DAD and Eastern Eagles shirts available during every mini night (Monday and Thursdays) and at the Minifest and the year end BBQ which is on Monday August 26th this year. The t-shirts are $10 each.
