Refund Policy
Eastern Eagles Refund Policy |

|
|
|
|
Eastern Eagles will refund registration fees subject to the following criteria; |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
1) |
Forms and Approvals |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Parents (or players if over 18) must complete the "Refund Request Form" and deliver |
|
it to the Complex Manager or any member of the Board of Directors. This form is |
|
available at the Eastern Eagles Complex. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The Refund Request Form must be approved by; |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
President, Youth or Mini director and one other Board Member |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
After approval the form will be sent to the Treasurer for processing the refund cheque. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
2) |
Administrative Fee |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
For all refunds there will be a $20.00 administrative fee deducted from the amount |
|
of the cheque. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
3) |
Deadlines |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Full refund requests must be submitted before June 15th and player has not partcipated in any tryouts or games. |
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
4) |
Late Submissions |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Late submissions must be approved by the Board of Directors at the next scheduled |
|
meeting after receipt of the refund request. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Refunds for late submissions may be prorated based on the number of games and / or |
|
practices that the player has attended. |
