Refund Policy

Eastern Eagles Refund Policy

	Eastern Eagles will refund registration fees subject to the following criteria;

1)	Forms and Approvals

	Parents (or players if over 18) must complete the "Refund Request Form" and deliver
	it to the Complex Manager or any member of the Board of Directors. This form is
	available at the Eastern Eagles Complex.

	The Refund Request Form must be approved by;

	President, Youth or Mini director and one other Board Member


	After approval the form will be sent to the Treasurer for processing the refund cheque.

2)	Administrative Fee

	For all refunds there will be a $20.00 administrative fee deducted from the amount
	of the cheque.

3)	Deadlines

	Full refund requests must be submitted before June 15th and player has not partcipated in any tryouts or games.


4)	Late Submissions


	Late submissions must be approved by the Board of Directors at the next scheduled
	meeting after receipt of the refund request.

	Refunds for late submissions may be prorated based on the number of games and / or
	practices that the player has attended.
